Building upon the major findings from the Patient & Staff Engagement Snapshot, Phase Two focuses on developing common goals and approaches for improvement across the health system, including:
  • Facilitation of a two-day retreat with staff, manager and physician representatives to identify specific standards of behavior regarding the patient and employee experience, highlighting practices that are critical to delivery on the promise of the mission and values
  • Plan for introducing new communication priorities and standards to all employees and affiliated physicians
  • Confirmation of content priorities and specific goals for professional development curricula (frontline staff, leadership and physician audiences)
